1 large Red onion
4 Garlic cloves
2 Red chilies
4 Spring onions (green parts only)
Half a cup Coriander
1 Cup Italian parsley
Juice of 1 lemon
Lightly fry the onion, garlic and chili. Cool down. Add to rest of the ingredients and Viola!
