I love peanut butter and I am not the only one. Thats why I have decided to share @FuturlifeZA ‘s really delicious and nutrition Futurelife peanut butter smoothy recipe. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did, this is really an ideal after training recovery drink or even pre-workout drink. I sometimes add a banana if I use this as a pre workout drink.
How to make it
1 cup fat free milk
1 tablespoon smooth Peanut Butter
50g (5 heaped tablespoons) of Original flavour FUTURELIFE® HIGH PROTEIN Smart food
1 handful ice cubes
Place all ingredients in your blender and process at high speed until they are well blended. Add more or less ice to achieve your preferred consistency. Serves 1.
