I have never really been a Spice Girl or Victoria Beckham fan per say, but you have got to give it to the girl she’s got it going on. I love her lean athletic built and was interested to see what her routine consists out of. I think you can always learn from people who’s bodies you admire and she is def up there. HOT HOT HOT.
So Posh’s workout consists our of a nice balanced routine which goes over up to 6 days a week. She sticks to a combination of mainly running and she absolutely believes that this is the best cardio you can do. She sticks to approximately 9/10km’s a day. We share a common belief that cardio is best done in the morning and really sets your tone for the day.
For strength training she she combines training all major body groups like, legs, arms, abs, 3/4 times a week and combines that with ballet and Yogalosopy (The word Yoga combined with philosophy) Yogalosopy is strength training mixed with toning exercises and is a fairly new concept.
Victoria also follows the alkaline diet which is also known as the ash diet. According to a lot of celebrities and dieticians it can help you lose weight and avoid problems like arthritis and cancer. The theory is that some foods, like meat, wheat, refined sugar, and processed foods, cause your body to produce acid, which is bad for you. Eating specific foods that make your body more alkaline, on the other hand, can protect against those conditions as well as shed kilograms.
In a recent Instagram post Victoria gracefully posed in a pair of Cullotes (pants-skirt for those who don’t know) showing off her perfect figure and style. So I have learned a few things and the Posh-Star really impressed me, I learned a few things, for president!
