As a qualified health and fitness professional, I felt that there was a lot of information I wanted to share to enable me to help and to inspire others and that was how the blog was started (about seven years ago).

As a busy mom, I understand that the struggle is real. When I am not running my own business, I still do a bit of lifestyle and fitness modelling and of course I have to make a lot of time to do research and write for the blog.
