I have always been physically fit and strong. Having done athletics as well as extensive personal training and fitness, you would find it hard to believe that there are two things which always got the better of me. Pushups and Pullups. (eeek)
In the beginning of this year I decided to take the above two exercises, and master them. Or at least attempt to. I have always believed we should do more of the exercises we don’t like (and can’t do), because that means we need the most work there. Pushups target your arms, chest, and core, serving as one of the most efficient bodyweight movements you can do. The reason for this is that pushups uses your own body weight it works in harmony to build your upper body according to shape. Another great reason to get this challenge under your belt is because you can crank pushups out anywhere and whenever you have a spare moment so you really don’t have an excuse to skip.
I recommend doing them first thing in the morning, and get committed to the 30 Day Challenge. It will change your strength, improve your shape and core which in return will improve your posture as well as shape your chest and arms beautifully. This to me = more confidence as well.
Please do share your experiences and progress with us as well we would love to hear from you!
