This fiber rich smoothie will aid your digestion system, and aside from its health benefits it tastes wonderful.


1 one banana peeled and quatered

5 prunes stoned

60ml orange juice

240 ml plain low-fat yoghurt

2 Table spoon of flax seed oil


Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.  Pour into a glass or mug and serve immediately.

Prunes can also be replaced by figs
